Refund policy

We offer replacement support for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

To request a replacement, customers must contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

Replacement requests without proper proof may not be accepted.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect order selection by customer

  • Minor color/design variations

  • Delays caused by courier services

In certain approved cases, customers may be required to return the product at their own shipping expense.

Refunds are processed only if:

  • Replacement is unavailable

  • Product is confirmed lost in transit

  • Issue cannot be resolved

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.
